Responsibilities
  • Install, wire, troubleshoot, and commission residential solar photovoltaic systems.
  • Perform electrical work for roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar installations.
  • Install and work with panels, disconnects, breakers, conduit, wiring, and other residential electrical equipment.
  • Interpret electrical drawings, site plans, blueprints, one-lines, and system schematics.
  • Ensure electrical work meets National Electrical Code standards, local codes, authority having jurisdiction requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues, inverter faults, and electrical deficiencies.
  • Perform testing and verification of system functionality and electrical safety.
  • Identify field conditions that require electrical modifications or corrective work.
  • Lead and support installation crews on-site when required.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and completion records.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and internal Operations teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability required.
