BorgWarner regularly organizes events and workshops to provide training sessions on key topics. These events have high visibility for our management, employees, and customers.

Therefore, we are looking for a Working Student in Heidelberg to support us in making these events a success for all participants.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare events and workshops by sending out invitations, collecting confirmations, organizing event locations as well as hotels, and coordinating hosts and speakers.
• Trainings and workshops will be conducted by third parties - you will coordinate and communicate the expected contents.
• Stay in close contact with every stakeholder to make sure the events run as smoothly as possible.
• Technical writing for creating content in the cISMS Wiki.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Active student in Marketing, Translation, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical/scientific fields.
• Native-level proficiency in German and business-fluent English skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, or similar).
• Knowledge in HTML and Javascript.
• Basic knowledge of the functionality of wikis or other electronic reference works.
• Open and friendly nature, can easily and willingly approach people.
• Highly structured and organized.
• Willingness to travel.
• Availability until at least the end of 2025.
