Responsibilities
  • Delegate, monitor, and control the proper completion of missions by employees.
  • Lead the team by setting precise objectives and ensuring that those objectives are achieved.
  • Identify employees' potential and develop their skills through training and daily feedback.
  • Address employee behavior deviations and document procedural deficiencies when necessary.
  • Open and close the store and prepare the launch of the day.
  • Supervise and lead a team of salespeople.
  • Participate in sales and guarantee an exemplary level of customer service.
  • Manage a department.
  • Participate in managing online orders and ensure their delivery to customers or the carrier within the required deadlines.
  • Manage inventory through the merchandise-location system.
  • Help control store losses through zoning, delivery controls, regular audits and inventories, and team awareness activities.
  • Handle potential customer disputes effectively and courteously.
  • Open and close the cash register and be responsible for the store keys.
  • Process payments, manage returns and refunds, and perform cash reductions.
  • Manage merchandise flows.
  • Deliver store receipts.
  • Manage the daily cash register log for monthly closing.
  • Help control employees' signing of schedules.
  • Enter daily schedule changes into the scheduling-management software.
  • Help collect identity documents when hiring a new employee.
  • Help monitor employees' medical examinations.
  • Help update personnel and medical registers.
  • Help integrate and train new employees in partnership with the management team.
  • Work on checklist tracking with the management team.
  • Ensure the general presentation of the department and store in collaboration with the merchandising team, including standards compliance, stock rotation and product density, highlighting top-selling products and new products, and changing prices.
  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the department.
