Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards to track key people metrics and inform business strategy.
  • Analyze and interpret trends related to the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and separations, to provide actionable insights.
  • Fulfill ad hoc and complex requests for people data, reports, and analyses from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for payroll, summarizing and validating data for bi-weekly North America payroll adjustments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the HR technology stack, with a focus on HRIS (ADP) and people ops platforms (ChartHop).
  • Take ownership of data integrity across all People systems, overseeing and auditing employee lifecycle data changes to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage and optimize data flows and feeds between systems, such as ADP and ChartHop.
  • Lead regular, systematic data audits to identify and implement immediate and long-term systemic fixes.
  • Perform light configuration and assist in testing and implementing new HR system features and integrations.
  • Provide significant administrative and analytical assistance during annual performance reviews and compensation planning cycles.
  • Support annual salary survey data submissions to ensure we maintain access to compensation market data.
  • Support ad hoc compensation benchmarking as needed.
  • Create and maintain a central catalog of all incentive plans, ensuring consistent naming conventions and clear documentation.
  • Manage the administration and tracking of all company incentive plans.
  • Partner with the Compensation and Finance teams to model, calculate, and process incentive payouts and support process improvements for plan design and communication.
  • Lead initiatives to identify, document, and streamline manual People Operations processes and data flows.
  • Scope and support the improvement of 1-3 key processes quarterly, managing projects of varying complexity.
  • Collaborate with the People team and cross-functional partners on projects to refine operational procedures and improve the employee experience.
  • Champion the use of technology to create a more efficient and user-friendly experience for all team members.
  • Serve as back up for administrative components / tasks of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, to ensure a smooth, positive, and compliant experience.
  • Performance regular audits and analysis of employee files in ChartHop.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex employee inquiries, providing timely, empathetic, and accurate support.

GumGum has appointed Tim Manton as Sales Director for New South Wales and Queensland, adding a senior sales lead across two of Australia's largest advertising markets. Manton will lead the company's NSW and QLD sales teams. The remit includes talent development, revenue growth, and work with agencies and clients. The company said Manton will work with GumGum Australia Managing Director Matt Coote on local execution. Manton will also work with customer success and engineering teams on market feedback and product direction. GumGum said it will align local activity with global leadership and its "mindset-based approach". Manton has more than 13 years' experience across media and advertising in Australia. GumGum said his experience spans video, audio, digital publishing and marketing technology. He most recently worked at Seven West Media. The company said he served as Group Business Director and managed a $200M+ portfolio. GumGum also said Manton drove growth through omni-channel partnerships in that role. Before Seven West Media, Manton held roles at Paramount, SCA and Nine. GumGum said he built relationships with major agency holding groups and independent agencies during his previous positions. GumGum said Manton will scale the NSW and QLD teams and focus on partnerships with agencies. The company also cited an initial "listen-first" approach with agency partners and plans to replicate strategies used in other Australian markets.
