Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Research copyright information
  • Reviewing publishing agreements and documentation
  • Gathering data and information from internal or external partners about conflicts or disputes and entering into an account database
  • Preparing notices of dispute that are correct and of high quality
  • Track activity with notices and routinely conduct clean-up tasks to maintain accurate information
  • Escalate complicated conflicts for further review and align on next steps for resolution
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop and improve resolution effectiveness and research strategies
  • Meet productivity standards for throughput
  • Quickly align your work with new procedures
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
  • Experience with computer focused work for long periods of time preferred
