Responsibilities
  • Working alongside the Marketing Director, take pre-Sales briefs from the Sales team and craft sales presentation and pitch materials, including briefing in-house and external designers where required.
  • Manage design approvals with broadcasters and platforms.
  • Aid clients in the completion of marketing campaigns, covering on-air and off-air promotions, print materials, scheduling stunts, sponsorships, social media campaigns, and sweepstakes. Ensure clients receive timely updates on assets, product information, and performance.
  • Develop creative CRM email assets which communicate key series updates.
  • Drive development of sales assets including trade ads, sales presentations and materials in line with marketing positioning.
  • Be the point person for responding to FF and TV talent opportunities for both pre-Sales purposes and for client promotional campaigns including press interviews, promo lines and set visits, junkets etc.
  • Working alongside the Marketing Director handling all aspects of screening events both in London and local markets including budgeting, venue search, event timings, branding & materials, catering, merchandise and content delivery.
  • Create and update various spreadsheets for the TV Distribution department across FF and TV - release dates, broadcast schedule.
  • Handle the financial internal systems including SAP to set up new vendors, raise PO’s and manage the PO log.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Director to build and deliver Go-to-Market pitch presentations for Sony’s features films, TV series and formats through working with internal (e.g., research, central formats teams) stakeholders to drive local market relevance.
  • Assisting the Marketing Director to act as a close business partner for all TV distribution clients in territory positioning Sony as the go to partner for close collaboration, leading with insight.
  • Manage key Home Entertainment Marketing plans, with the guidance of the Marketing Director, including asset creation and management, media and PR plans and retail execution.
  • Work closely with the international team in LA office and your marketing counterparts across EMEA to disseminate information, best practice and learnings to the CEE + BIGA commercial leads.
  • Assisting the Marketing Director to continually evaluate the need for Research, working closely with the regional Marketing and Research teams, to ensure comprehensive understanding of consumer trends and turning insight into marketing action at a territory level.

  • Photoshop, In-Design skills are desirable.
