Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Workday security.
  • Analyze current security configurations and identify gaps or areas for improvement based on business needs and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Workday Functional Expert to translate business requirements into technical specifications for security role design and configuration.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement specifications, process flows, and security design documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure security configurations meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders regarding security roles and access protocols, ensuring a clear understanding of security policies.
  • Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry trends, contributing insights for enhancing security processes and configurations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Working towards Workday Security Pro certification is preferred but not required.
