What you’ll do:

• Lead the assessment of product reliability, availability, and maintainability 
• Develop reliability plans and manage the effort to perform testing, modeling, or data analysis to accurately report statistical information on the reliability of delivered products 
• Support analysis toward the prediction, prevention, and management of risks of failure 
• Propose changes in design or process to improve system reliability 
• Support Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) 
• Support Failure Modes and Effects Testing (FMET) plans, procedures, and execution 
• Assist in developing process and procedures to support and sustain delivered products 

Projects you might work on:

• V-BAT 
• Next generation quadcopter

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering related field. 
• B.S. degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline, such as Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.  
• Experience with Systems Engineering practices and principals, including writing, organizing, and reviewing block diagrams. 
• You are organized and methodical.   
• You are a strong communicator, both written and verbally. 
• You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with developing reliability models. 
• Systems diagram and architecture experience 
• Experience with aviation reliability. 
• DoD aviation experience.
