Requirements
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, especially over phone and video calls.
  • Ability to uncover client needs and align FT solutions accordingly.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in your approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-savvy approach with the ability to analyse usage trends and progress reports (Excel proficiency a plus).
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of, or experience working within, the CEMEA region.
Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and rollout plans for new clients, ensuring strong adoption and engagement.
  • Support the CRM team in identifying growth opportunities, surfacing new commercial contacts, and managing risks across accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of how the FT can support their strategic goals.
  • Supervise usage and copyright activity to ensure compliance and protect the FT's intellectual property.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver on regional objectives.
  • Provide product and technical guidance on FT content, tools, and drive client value and satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
  • Multilingual proficiency (French, German, Arabic, or another CEMEA language).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance sales efficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of B2B subscription models or media licensing.
