- Three or more years of CMM operation and programming
- Work Authorization: US Persons
- Perform dimensional inspections on both in-process and finished machined parts and products using measurement techniques and equipment
- Inspect weldments and fabricated products
- Inspect the finished product (painting and powder coat)
- Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Use experience with common metrology tools including calipers and micrometers to measure parts
- CMM programming as needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Five or more years of inspection experience in a precision machining environment
- Five or more years of CMM experience
- Previous exposure to operation and programming of CMM equipment
- Smart Scope vision system experience using ZONE3 Metrology Software
