Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical in a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in construction, QA/QC manufacturing, or data center environments
  • Advanced working knowledge of industry standards and QA/QC best practices
  • Proven experience supervising crews and/or leading QA/QC teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Electrical journeyman license depending on field role
  • Location is nationwide with 100% travel to assigned worksites across the United States; applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor electrical/low voltage, craft professionals, and/or QA/QC Technicians, building strong, accountable teams
  • Conduct daily huddles, establish clear safety, quality, and production expectations, and monitor progress against project goals
  • Plan work 2–3 weeks ahead, coordinating materials, inspections, equipment, to remove quality and schedule obstacles; required involvement varies based on project size and location
  • Support project leadership with issue resolution, schedule updates, and client communication as needed
  • Develop, execute, and maintain the project QA/QC Plan and Inspections
  • Lead inspections, testing, and verification activities to ensure compliance with NEC, project specifications, and client standards
  • Coordinate inspections with internal QA/QC groups
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective actions through resolution and closure
  • Maintain detailed daily logs, inspection records, test results, red-line drawings, RFIs, and quality documentation using Interstates systems
  • Track time, quantities, productivity, and quality metrics accurately
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of turnover packages and documentation required for final acceptance
  • Enforce site safety expectations and actively participate in safety meetings
  • Ensure all work aligns with Interstates safety standards, QA/QC best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
