Requirements

- RN and coding experience required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience level: 2-5 years.
Responsibilities
- Reviews the medical records on the in-house patient to assure that the documentation is detailed enough to capture the patient's conditions.
- Interacts with the medical staff in areas that documentation improvement is needed.
- Assigns the preliminary Diagnosis Related Group while the patient is in-house.
