About the Role:

The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among Weee!’s sales, marketing and business development professionals. The Business Development Supervisor will focus on revenue generating partnerships, but it also touches strategy, product management, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and other departments necessary to vet and scale new offerings and partner segments. 

What you will do:

• Responsible for regional GMV growth
• Work with marketing team and prepare vendors promotional plans on a weekly basis
• Establish partnerships with perspective future restaurants
• Overseen BD team performance and work schedule
• Proactively maintain corporations with existing restaurants for promotions and product accuracy
• Own the end-to-end sales process for local restaurants
• Gather and communicate restaurants’ feedback to our Product teams to ensure the product innovates to fit the merchant’s needs

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,000-$75,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
