Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
  • 7+ years of experience with implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile such as Agile Train Release (ART)
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
  • 5+ years of experience with project management and leadership
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with internal and external clients within cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
  • lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the Government client
  • help the DoD integrate Strategic SATCOM systems across a large stakeholder community
  • manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk
  • develop acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • participate in source selections and perform technical evaluations of proposals
  • orchestrate development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards
  • build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • obtain consensus
  • deliver the capability that defends our nation
