  • Previous property and casualty insurance or call center experience

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and texts regarding their insurance policies
  • The shift schedule is Monday to Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm ET
  • Conduct routine account services for our customers including billing, renewals, policy changes, cancellations, etc
  • Determine and understand the needs of the caller and provide accurate support in a timely manner
  • Ensure that our customers' needs are fully addressed and provide them with a world-class experience
