- Valid P&C insurance license (property and casualty)
- Previous property and casualty insurance or call center experience
- You're great with people and love helping others
- You can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are self-motivated and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and texts regarding their insurance policies
- The shift schedule is Monday to Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm ET
- Conduct routine account services for our customers including billing, renewals, policy changes, cancellations, etc
- Determine and understand the needs of the caller and provide accurate support in a timely manner
- Ensure that our customers' needs are fully addressed and provide them with a world-class experience
