Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Own the full marketing plan and hit pipeline and revenue targets
  • Build and run SMB demand generation including paid search and social, outbound support, webinars, email, lifecycle, and mail
  • Improve conversion across the funnel from visit to lead to SQL to closed-won
  • Own positioning and messaging and ensure it is tight, clear, and usable by Sales
  • Create and ship content that drives deals including landing pages, case studies, sales enablement, and product pages
  • Run experiments quickly, keep what works, kill what doesn't
  • Manage budget and report results weekly (pipeline, customer acquisition cost, payback, conversion rates)
  • Partner with Sales and Product daily to align on ICP, offers, and field feedback
  • Hire and lead a small marketing team over time or work hands-on until the team is built
