Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in overall marketing functional areas
  • 3+ years of leadership or team management experience in companies with global brands
  • Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native level proficiency in English
Responsibilities
  • Set marketing strategy for further growth of Hyperconnect and its brands in North America
  • Define differentiated brand positioning and execute multiple campaigns to build the brand and achieve growth, via owned (e.g. PR, social, email/notifications) and paid channels
  • Responsible for annual and quarterly marketing planning, including country investment strategies, partnerships, and media strategy
  • Monitors the development of marketing plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with a creative agency to develop marketing campaigns and implement plans
  • Drive communications strategy to deliver proactive PR tactics
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams within Hyperconnect and Match Group
  • Manage marketing budget and external contractors/agencies
