Since coming out of stealth mode in September 2024, we are already on track to hit 1M in ARR.

We are building technologies for Sales Teams, specifically, outbound sales teams. There are a few terms you need to know:
SDR (Sales Development Representative): This is what you’re applying for - this is also your energetic and passionate frontline salesperson, making cold calls and cold emails to try to book sales meetings.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Sales teams typically use CRM software like Hubspot, SalesForce, ZohoCRM, etc, to track their sales process. Make sure you spend some time understanding what a CRM does.
Leads / Prospects: A Prospect/Lead is someone you can contact. A Lead is generally “warmer”, meaning they have shown signals that they are more likely to buy.
Lead Research / Prospect Research: Before an SDR reaches out to a Prospect/Lead, they want to research information that they can use. Things like their past job history, their public postings, or anything else that they might use to try to book a sales meeting.
Our vision is to automate the BDR function completely.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach. Develop a deep understanding of the market and potential client needs.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels. Build and maintain relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and business challenges.
Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management on progress and forecasts.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Founders and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
CRM Management: Diligently manage and update customer information and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to help shape business strategies. Prepare and present regular performance reports.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in Sales and product knowledge to enhance performance and contribute to the company’s growth.
Job Qualifications
Education: In or completing Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: No experience required, experience in sales is preferred
Persistence and Grit: Demonstrated persistence and resilience in pursuing goals despite challenges and setbacks. A strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of clients
Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to stay persistent and consistent, meet and exceed sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and various communication platforms.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
