Material Handler Lead
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Material Handling Lead! We’re looking for a hands-on leader to support material flow and warehouse operations in Raleigh, NC. If you have experience in material handling, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and want to help drive efficiency on the shop floor, this is your opportunity to grow your career.

Schedule: Shift/Hours, Onsite

What You'll Do

Perform material handling tasks including staging, transporting, scanning, and organizing materials.

Support daily shift coordination and assist with assigning work tasks.

Prepare and distribute job documentation and production assignments.

Ensure accurate movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Maintain proper labeling, scanning, and storage of materials.
-
Communicate material shortages or workflow issues to leadership.
-
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
3+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling environments.

Experience in a lead or senior material handling role preferred.

Strong understanding of material flow and shop-floor operations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Forklift certification or experience with powered industrial equipment preferred.
