What you’ll achieve

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Software Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning to join the Cloud Infrastructure Services organization. As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building AI solutions that will help modernize our server infrastructure and enable us to leverage new Generative AI technologies.

You will:

• Be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions that meet the needs of the Cloud Infrastructure Services organization

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software systems

• Lead the development of AI projects from start to finish, ensuring successful production deployment

• Architect robust and scalable solutions using your deep understanding of system design principles

• Develop and implement Machine Learning and data science models and algorithms that can handle large-scale datasets

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years working on Machine Learning development experience, or 5+ years of Machine Learning development experience & 10+ years of software development experience

• Proven track record of taking projects from inception to production deployments

• Solid understanding of system design principles and the ability to architect scalable and efficient software systems

• Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Article publications and citations especially in the field of machine learning & artificial intelligence and experience with software patents and patent applications
