Develops project plans, estimates, and other materials relevant to the oversight and execution of the program objectives and constraints. Monitors team delivery activities, financial performance and engages with customers/stakeholders to report on progress, issues, risks and mitigations. Responsible for contractual deliverables such as MCSRs and other status-related artifacts.
