Requirements
  • At least 4 years of software engineering experience, ideally working on a similar tech stack to Carta.
  • Experience as a full stack engineer, comfortable with infrastructure and maintaining solutions in a dev-ops environment.
  • Built and shipped multiple products from the ground up, with knowledge of software architecture that can scale to millions of users.
  • Consideration of the entire SDLC, including testing, observability, scalability, and monitoring while crafting solutions.
  • Comfortable writing engineering design proposals, presenting them for feedback, refining solutions, and executing on them.
Responsibilities
  • Own the application end to end and drive implementations going forward.
  • Work with a wide array of stakeholders across the business to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Propose technical solutions and build consensus in support of initiatives.
  • Execute on proposals, test solutions, and deploy them into production.
  • Monitor and support solutions as users interact with them.
