Requirements
  • YourPace Adjunct Faculty for undergraduate programs must have at minimum a master’s degree from an accredited institution, and/or significant work experience in a related field; YourPace Adjunct Faculty for graduate programs must have a Doctorate, terminal, advanced degree in field of study, and/or significant work experience in a related field
  • Technology Requirements include having a computer (laptop) with adequate processing speed, high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone

  • Minimum educational and professional experience requirements may be fulfilled via significant work experience in related fields as an alternative to degrees
Responsibilities
  • Serve as Instructor of Record or develop courses for undergraduate and graduate degree programs within the YourPace competency-based online model
  • Deliver fully online asynchronous instruction with interpersonal interactions with students
  • Teach across a wide range of disciplines and professional skills including Multiculturalism, Diversity, and Inclusion; Ethics; Psychosocial Rehabilitation; Social Welfare and Policy Issues; Case Management; Crisis Intervention; and related fields
  • Adapt content for online delivery in a competency-based education environment and participate in course development and revision as needed
  • Possibly begin teaching assignments at any of the six- or eight-week session start dates per year
