Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of CRM specialists
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Code mobile responsive HTML/CSS email templates
  • Support building the Customer Lifecycle Management framework
  • Work with Data Engineering to integrate data into new marketing templates
  • Work with Marketing and Ops teams to gather campaign requirements
  • Write technical specs, test and execute on email programs
  • Identify opportunities to optimize CRM processes and workflows
