  • This is a full time seasonal position
Responsibilities
  • Document processes for department and for all offices across the US. NY, DC, SF and Houston
  • Assist for indoor event planning
  • Mail sortation, and shipping mail or packages to staff
  • Create, change, grant access to staff security access cards
  • Assist in setting up of mailings for marketing
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, and normal consumables. Place orders if necessary
  • Support all departments with building functions
  • Greet staff and visitors at front desk.
