Requirements
  • 3–7+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, solutions consulting, account management, forward deployed engineering at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise clients
  • Experience working with technical products, ideally in AI/ML, developer tools, data platforms, or infrastructure
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers, and speaking to both technical and business audiences
  • Skilled at writing and validating prompt logic or similar AI workflows
  • Proven ability to lead executive conversations and navigate complex customer organizations
  • Startup-minded: bias for action, excited to build, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator—clear, empathetic, and persuasive
Responsibilities
  • Own relationships with enterprise customers starting in late-stage sales through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success
  • Lead implementation and onboarding, ensuring customers derive fast time-to-value and long-term retention
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to: + Co-design features based on real customer use cases + Write and test prompt logic to support customer workflows + Translate feedback into roadmap decisions and product priorities
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define their AI roadmap and ensure our product supports strategic goals
  • Drive account expansion by identifying additional use cases, departments, or business units for growth
  • Be the internal voice of the customer—sharing insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership
  • Help build the foundation: onboarding guides, playbooks, internal systems, and more
