Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with client services and internal stakeholders for issue identification and resolution.
  • Use metrics and feedback to track the Data Concierge service and improve it.
  • Enhance education and awareness around data processes and technology tools.
  • Collaborate with client delivery teams and evaluate engagement requirements and data security needs.
  • Provide recommendations and implement best practices for data management, storage, and retrieval.
  • Handle data and technology related tasks throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain project plans and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow.
  • Document processes and assist in coordinating team meetings.
  • Work outside of normal U.S. business hours.
  • Familiarize with and promote Firm values.
  • Work full time in an office and remote environment.
