Responsibilities
  • Assist partners in utilizing DoraHacks.io to organize hackathons, providing clear guidance on platform features, and promptly resolving any issues that arise
  • Research and understand partners' backgrounds, including basic technical knowledge, project highlights, market conditions, and developer activities
  • Collaborate with partners to plan and design hackathons, grants, bounties, and related activities
  • Monitor project operations, devise strategies, take ownership of results, and focus on achieving goals
  • Gather feedback from partners and users post-activities, summarize experiences, and contribute to process optimization
  • Author important articles related to platform operations and activity management
