eFX Quantitative Analyst, Vice President
Roles and responsibilities:
- Performing eFX Trading Book Owner responsibilities
- Overseeing the entirety of eFX Trading via MACH
- Work closely with support teams to resolve all eFX Trading operational issues and queries to ensure minimal impact to eFX Trading Business
- Act as an eFX specialist for FX Sales, responding to their queries and requests.
- Perform adhoc client optimization
- Work closely with FX Sales to ensure they have access to information they need to develop their client relationships, and increase the volume and revenues for their clients.
- Client optimisation, to improve performance and PnL by reviewing client volume in CCY pairs, spread tiering, reject rates, trading styles (aggressive sweeping vs full amount) & post trade mark to market of flow – across both clients and ECNs.
- Manage relationships with multi-dealer platforms, ECNs, LP’s and Clients.
- Manage FX Liquidity for both eFX and Voice desks, globally.
- Attend and participate in LP calls to ensure optimal pricing from them.
- Monitoring Benchmark risk on a daily basis to ensure efficient execution with no issues.
- Identify eFX Trading gaps and discuss ideas to enhance strategies.
- Drive and manage eFX Projects to enhance the eFX Trading Business
- Perform adhoc tasks for eFX, Sales, Clients or platforms
- Part ownership to eFX Trading Business Procedures
- Supervision of Global Markets PDPs and internships with eFX Trading
Experience / core competencies:
- 5 years eFX experience in a front office role
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building and fostering strong working relationships
- Knowledge of various actors in eFX markets
- Knowledge of various eFX products, exchanges, EMS systems, and be familiar with core eFX concepts (win rates, markouts, PnL attribution)
- Experience monitoring production trading systems, debugging and diagnosing issues

Salary Range:
$200,000 - $200,000 Annual
