- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus computed tomography scans, and pulmonary function tests.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures, including administration and supervision of subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy and nasal endoscopy.
- Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record within 24 hours of the visit.
- Oversee and manage food and environmental allergy testing using percutaneous allergy skin testing and intracutaneous allergy testing.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative evaluation and treatment after surgeon-performed sinus procedures.
- Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
- Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship representative to build credibility and market Aspire.
- Meet the stated minimum testing, treatment, and IOP conversion metrics.
- Previous experience working with an electronic medical record/electronic health record system.
