Requirements
  • Experience across infrastructure, capacity management, performance engineering, or site reliability engineering, including at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Hands-on technical leadership across multiple technology stacks.
  • Deep expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle, SQL Server/SQL, and MongoDB database platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Java Virtual Machine performance analysis and tuning.
  • Experience with distributed and large-scale systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; containers; and virtualization.
  • Experience with observability platforms such as vROPs, Turbonomic, Dynatrace, or Prometheus.

  • A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Knowledge and abilities in hardware infrastructure, information security technologies, information technology architecture, information technology service management, information technology standards and policies, information technology systems management, and system and technology integration.
Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end capacity planning and performance engineering across infrastructure and application layers.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and escalation support across operating system, database, and application stacks.
  • Identify capacity risks, performance bottlenecks, and system saturation trends and ensure proactive mitigation.
  • Drive cost optimization through right-sizing and efficient workload placement.
  • Lead root cause analysis and prevention strategies for recurring incidents.
  • Partner with Architecture, site reliability engineering, DevOps, and application teams to influence design and scalability decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring technical depth and execution excellence.
  • Communicate risks, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Analyze and correlate performance issues across Windows, Linux, Unix, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Java Virtual Machine-based applications.
  • Perform deep-dive performance triage across infrastructure, operating system, Java Virtual Machine, database, and application layers.
  • Identify resource contention, inefficient queries, and Java Virtual Machine misconfiguration.
  • Serve as a central escalation authority, determine the root-cause domain, and route issues to appropriate teams.
  • Provide clear, actionable technical direction for remediation without requiring direct execution.
  • Deliver products and services aligned with business needs and objectives across multiple Enterprise Infrastructure teams or departments.
  • Contribute to infrastructure planning, development strategies and initiatives, product lifecycle, and service orientation; determine current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
  • Oversee portfolio, program, and project management responsibilities and direct financial and risk-management capabilities.
  • Contribute to a stable and secure environment, incident management, product health and patching, and the asset-management lifecycle.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
  • Implement best practices for technology architecture and management.
  • Direct, motivate, develop, and oversee the performance of the management team and key staff.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in support of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Cultivate diverse teams and inclusive workplaces.

EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments. The amended facilities are unchanged in size from the prior agreement. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027.
