  • Over 10+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience with a minimum of five years of direct managerial experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
  • Success in setting up and improving recruiting processes, systems & metrics
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Understanding of Total Compensation
  • Previous marketing and/or employer branding experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business is a bonus
  • Experience in the US and/or Canada, bonus points for European experience
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a Talent Acquisition team
  • Own the entire full-cycle recruitment process for various roles
  • Establish and report metrics measuring recruitment effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted business partner for hiring managers
  • Own and enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Develop best practices for speed to hire, quality, and diversity in hiring
