Restaurants benefit from OpenTable by paying a subscription fee to be listed and may incur additional charges based on the number of reservations made. This dual revenue model helps OpenTable maintain a steady income while providing valuable tools for restaurants to manage bookings and optimize seating. OpenTable is part of Booking Holdings, which enhances its market reach and infrastructure.
