  • Assisting or developing system security policy and ensuring compliance of change management and configuration control processes
  • Planning and coordinating IT security programs and policies supporting the command leadership and mission goals
  • Experience in all phases of Information Assurance evaluations involving Communications Security (COMSEC) and Cryptologic Material Systems (CMS) for ATDL systems and training for COMSEC ATDL military systems
  • Securing data unit design, integration, and testing
  • Modernizing cryptographic policy administration and implementation; Cryptographic keying materials and keys
  • Performing security verification testing and platform Cybersecurity and TEMPEST testing
Responsibilities
  • Providing IA-SME evaluations involving COMSEC and CMS for ATDL systems
  • Supporting NIWC Pacific Tactical Data Link (TDL) project
Desired Qualifications
  • Ten (10) years of experience in the management and issuance of keymat to operational, test, and allied communities; acting as the alternate ATDL Keymat Controlling Authority (CONAUTH)
  • Experience in US Naval Fleet technical data calls, working groups, and action items related to the initial implementation of ATDL cryptographic components
