Requirements
  • 10+ years of Public Sector/SLED software sales experience; proven experience identifying and closing six-figure to seven-figure contracts
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role (Manager or Director level), directly supervising Account Executives with the ability to increase sales through the development of high-performance teams and effective sales processes
  • Front-line Enterprise level seller experience, preferably in Public Sector/SLED Sales, selling a SaaS platform or multi-solution product
  • Demonstrated experience executing sales leadership methodologies and ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise Public Sector/SLED SaaS models, SaaS metrics, and online sales models. Experience in the built environment a plus
  • Experience selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex Public Sector/SLED organizations; experience selling into the construction industry is preferred
  • A perfect mix of curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, resilience, and optimism with a competitive and value-added mindset
Responsibilities
  • Lead a Western Public Sector North American Sales teams of 8 to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives and quotas while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration
  • Support the development of Sales teams through internal training and learning and development opportunities
  • Manage your territory, including strategic planning, rigorous forecasting cadence, and execution for results
  • Contribute to GTM strategy across the segment and vertical
  • Work closely with enablement to continually develop tools to aid the team to goal
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to generate new business and expand revenue with current customers; structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business, procurement, senior management, and C-level executives
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to enable deals and evolve internal processes to better support Public Sector growth
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Travel (25% - 50%) to our Procore offices, clients, and more!
