Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting or professional services

Responsibilities
  • Financial investigations including fraud, asset misappropriation, and corruption
  • Assessments of complex financial transactions for compliance with GAAP and IFRS
  • Reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, FCPA, and federal securities laws
  • Develop and assess projections and forecasts
  • Create financial models incorporating valuation theory
  • Analyze financial transactions for fraud and compliance
  • Review and summarize materials produced in litigation matters
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in written and oral form
  • Create and manage large data sets
  • Apply statistical analysis
  • Perform quality control review over work product
  • Organize documents and work papers
  • Train and mentor other professional staff
