Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
  • Working knowledge across the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance basics, and employee support.
  • Attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive, confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring processes and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to follow established processes and escalate judgment calls to senior team members when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Own or support the execution of core human resources processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, answer day-to-day questions, resolve issues when possible, and route other issues appropriately.
  • Support the rollout of people programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions accurately and on time.
  • Assist with the logistics of performance review cycles and other recurring people programs.
  • Support compliance requirements, including I-9 forms, state registrations, and leave paperwork.
