Responsibilities
  • Get deeply familiar with Bolt's platform and product offering
  • Understand and articulate to customers how they will integrate into Bolt Products.
  • Manage the largest and most critical customer on-boarding projects
  • Identify and tackle blockers to getting customers live quickly
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Design methods for repeatable project on-boardings that focus on speed and quality
  • Help build internal integration and services ability with our plugin and API driven solutions
  • Provide customers with advice on Bolt products configurations, implementation and design.
  • Document process changes for customers' accounting and customer service teams

AP+ sells Beem payments app with 3M downloads to Bolt Group

Australian Payments Plus (AP+) has agreed to sell Beem, its peer-to-peer payments app, to Bolt Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Launched in 2018, Beem has recorded over three million downloads and enables users to pay, request, transfer and split money instantly. AP+ CEO Lynn Kraus said the sale allows the company to focus on building payments and identity infrastructure, including eftpos, the New Payments Platform, ConnectID and BPAY.
