Requirements
  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

  • Experience in customer discovery and the design of new products based on that discovery

  • Experience working with technology companies, fintechs, payment networks, processors, issuers, or digital commerce platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience influencing senior executives
  • Knowledge of payment processing, card payments, tokenization, authentication, or digital commerce ecosystems
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Visa's strategy for key technology partners, digital platforms, processors, and fintech ecosystem participants
  • Own senior-level relationships with designated strategic partners and serve as the primary point of coordination across Visa functions
  • Identify and commercialize new opportunities that drive payment volume, credential growth, acceptance expansion, and value-added services adoption
  • Lead partner negotiations, joint business planning, and strategic agreement development
  • Drive deployment and adoption of Visa products and capabilities including tokenization, mobile wallets, Click to Pay, authentication, digital identity, and emerging commerce solutions
  • Partner with processing, technology, and product teams to remove implementation barriers and accelerate market launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Government Engagement, and Client Services
  • Monitor market, regulatory, competitive, and technology developments and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Lead complex strategic initiatives and executive-level stakeholder engagements across regional and global teams
  • Develop business cases, growth strategies, and executive presentations supporting investment and partnership decisions
  • Represent Visa externally with partners, industry bodies, regulators, and ecosystem participants as required
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Desired Qualifications
  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Senior product management experience in Digital, Payments, and Financial Services
  • Proven track record of launching and managing digital products for issuers
  • Deep background in issuing institutions and managing large card portfolios
  • Experience in developing or launching new solutions and managing engagement, UX, and UI transformation
  • Experience leading difficult deal negotiations and managing third-party vendors
  • Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual rigor
  • Experience managing diverse teams with positive records
