- A Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy is required.
- A Texas Occupational Therapy License is required, or the candidate must be able to obtain one before the anticipated start date.
- One year of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is preferred.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities.
- Administer occupational therapy services to improve range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
- Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- One year of occupational therapy experience.
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
- Experience supervising occupational therapy assistants.
