Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of Workday technical experience is required.
  • Deep expertise with Workday Report Writer, including advanced and composite reports, is required.
  • Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance is required.
  • Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules is required.
  • A strong understanding of the Workday security framework is required.
  • Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend is required.
  • Familiarity with Workday tenant management and the release process is required.
Responsibilities
  • Configure Workday technical solutions, reports, calculated fields, and business processes.
  • Design custom reports and provide integration support.
  • Develop lightweight application extensions using Workday Extend.
  • Support HR, finance, and IT stakeholders in obtaining more value from the Workday platform.
Desired Qualifications
  • Workday Pro certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Extend application development.
  • Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
  • Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
  • Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.
