Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large systems with scalability, availability, and performance requirements.
  • Development experience working on customer-facing products and web-based systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with Java, Python, and React.
  • Experience designing & implementing distributed and highly available systems.
Responsibilities
  • Designing, coding, testing, and shipping backend applications or micro-services, APIs or front-end interfaces, AI Agents that ensure we deliver secure, highly reliable, and scalable solutions to our customers.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers across teams.
  • Solving technical challenges while helping to scale the product to keep up with demand.
  • Participating in your team’s on-call rotation, triaging, and addressing production issues as they arise.
Desired Qualifications
  • Operational experience in cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Operational experience with databases & tools (e.g. MySQL, Aurora, Kafka, NoSQL, applying software engineering principles to data problems, etc.)
  • Experience building user-facing public APIs.
