Requirements
  • B.S. ideally in a technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Technical background of some kind is a big plus
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD patterns
  • Understanding of the Software Factory model a huge plus
  • Experience with programs that use applied AI techniques a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • driving new business
  • identifying additional opportunities within our existing customer base
  • work closely with our proposal and capture teams to build compelling solutions for federal agencies including the DoD, IC and civilian agencies
  • work with software and/or cloud focused teams within the federal space and identify target customers to grow Rackner's technical capabilities
  • build and foster trusted relationships with key decision makers
  • position Rackner to win opportunities
  • deliver presentations to key agency personnel
  • execute a strategy and development plan
  • work with our founding team to achieve growth objectives
