Requirements
  • 1-2 years in digital with a focus in Programmatic Media
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business preferred
  • Experience with digital or media agency preferred
  • Experience in DV360 and/or TheTradeDesk required
  • Proactive, self-starter with great organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of traditional banners, mobile, video, social, and cross-device media tactics
  • Strong software use skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)
  • Familiarity with DCM Trafficking and Reporting or other 3rd party ad servers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional problem-resolution skills
  • Proactive, self-starter willing to learn new things and be a change agent for the team
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Management of client campaigns including strategy, issuing RFPs, trafficking, and reporting
  • Creating and refining internal and client-facing performance reports
  • Providing progress reports regarding online marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients
  • Presenting recommendations to managers, clients, and prospects
  • Actively managing optimizations to assure client success
  • Assisting in the management of tagging and tracking URLs
  • Executing media plans within DSPs, publishers, networks, and managed partner relationships
  • Assisting in new business, RFPs, client development strategies as needed
  • Learning, researching, and presenting current industry trends and developments
