Requirements
  • MBA with minimum 6-8 years' strong experience in data analytics, operations, or similar roles, preferably in software industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Significant experience of working with end customers
  • Exposure to working cross-functionally with different teams and nationalities
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a penchant for problem solving
  • Solid understanding of cloud application technologies and concepts
  • Ability to work well with others, objectivity with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with ServiceNow subscription and entitlement frameworks
  • Prior experience using and/or developing the ServiceNow platform
Responsibilities
  • Work as a part of the NPI team to bring new products to market. Assist the NPI team with improvements to operational process improvements
  • Meet with business units proactively to understand the improvements to existing products as well as new products. Be the point of approval for compliance
  • Evangelize the need of all products to have Measurability, Accuracy, Transparency and Reproducibility
  • Be the source of truth for all compliance oriented documentation regarding new products and incremental versions. Use this information to ensure the Compliance analysts are well-informed prior to release
  • Work closely with Pricing Strategy team and participate in internal stakeholder meetings wherever applicable to new product introductions details, specifically regarding licensing & usage
  • Maintain ongoing documentation for internal teams and the stakeholders
  • Enable cross-functional teams on best practices around product usage rules as they relate to compliance and use verification processes
  • Identify manual processes for improvement and automation, design the workflow required and work with cross-functional teams so develop, test and roll-out
Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent questioner, able to pull out all aspects and details
  • Experience in license compliance, audit and/or usage verification role
  • Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, SAP HANA, etc.)
  • Certification in Project Management methodologies
  • Workflow design, project management, and/or Agile SDLC experience
  • Prior experience as a user or administrator of cloud-based License Entitlement and CRM/CPQ
