Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a collection function or customer facing role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French.
Responsibilities
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations (50+ per day).
  • Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
  • Identifying issues attributing to account delinquency and discussing them with management and with Sales Rep.
  • Interacting with collection agencies through on-going communication to resolve delinquent accounts.
  • Supporting operations by managing customer overdue accounts and collection activities by identifying the accounts delinquent/ Default/Write-off….etc.
  • Assisting with daily Cash application.
