Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Office Management
• - Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• - Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and innovation.


• Facility Management
• - Manage office facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
• - Coordinate with building management and external vendors for office services and maintenance.
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Administrative Support
• - Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
• - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• - Oversee office communications, including correspondence and phone calls.


• Resource Management
• - Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
• - Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• - Optimize resource allocation to meet operational needs.


• Team Leadership
• - Lead and supervise administrative and support staff.
• - Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.


• Budget and Financial Management
• - Assist in budget preparation and monitor office expenditures.
• - Handle invoicing, receipts, and petty cash management.
• - Coordinate with the finance department for financial reporting and compliance.


• Event Planning and Coordination
• - Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
• - Manage logistics for internal and external events.
• - Ensure events run smoothly and within budget.


• Technology and Tools Management
• - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office technology and tools.
• - Ensure the office has the necessary technological infrastructure to support operations.
• - Coordinate with IT for technical support and system upgrades.


• Culture and Employee Experience
• - Promote a positive company culture and enhance employee experience.
• - Implement programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• - Address and resolve employee concerns and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in HR functions and office management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on office administrative experience in IT/start-up environments.
