  • Authentic intellectual curiosity, specifically as it pertains to software. You should like computers.
  • Backend experience.
Responsibilities
  • Scale our technology platform to a broader customer base and expand on a few efforts described in the Description section.
  • Clinical case management. At times insurance companies require clinician action, and were pulling an email based process into a proper case management system, streamlining the clinical staff's processes.
  • An external facing API. As our customers are leveraging Silna to automate never before automated processes, we have the opportunity to be the standard bearer for the proper data schema for prior authorizations.
  • Integrating cutting edge models into our automation processes. We are integrating new technologies such as OpenAIs end to end voice model to automate tedious phone calls and Anthropics computer use model to automate traditional web portals.

Silna Health provides automation tools for healthcare providers to streamline administrative tasks. Its offerings include automated benefits checks, prior authorization requirements, and patient eligibility verification. The system works by integrating with clinic and hospital workflows to automatically verify coverage, determine what authorizations are needed, and confirm patient eligibility, reducing manual data entry for staff. This enables clinical teams to spend more time on patient care and improves operational efficiency for providers. Silna Health differentiates itself by focusing on end-to-end automation of prior authorizations and eligibility processes embedded within existing provider workflows, rather than offering generic software. Its goal is to help clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities onboard more patients and grow their practice by cutting administrative burden and speeding up care delivery.

March 24, 2026 Several leaders recognized among the Top Healthcare Technology CEOs of 2025 joined The Healthcare Technology Repo at this year's NYC Awards Night, highlighting the continued innovation shaping the healthcare landscape. Among them was Jeffrey Morelli, Co-Founder & CEO of Silna Health, a company focused on eliminating administrative barriers that delay patient care.
