Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or three years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategy, pitching, and opportunity sizing by applying a rigorous, data-driven approach to growing high-value customer portfolios and scaling new revenue streams.
  • Deliver consultative, high-impact recommendations by leveraging advanced data analytics to identify market opportunities and align high-impact digital solutions with client business goals.
  • Orchestrate collaboration within a matrixed organization to accelerate growth for high-value accounts across direct-to-consumer, Travel, and Education sectors, consistently exceeding quarterly revenue targets and partnering to deliver 'One Google' solutions while aligning internal product and project timelines.
  • Scale direct-to-consumer growth by leading digital transformation roadmaps and owning end-to-end execution of Joint Business Plans for key stakeholders.
  • Pioneer industry insights by developing high-profile case studies and representing the brand as a subject matter expert at global conferences and industry events.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience delivering results and navigating sales cycles, with a demonstrated passion for mentoring Account Managers to reach their full potential.
  • Experience managing a network of media agency and technology partner relationships with an understanding of the evolution of Linear and Advanced TV Advertising.
  • Ability to deliver high-stakes presentations with charisma and clarity, supported by a data driven mindset.
