Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Responsible for providing and coordinating support to leadership on strategic business initiatives including planning, prioritization, and project execution. Key responsibilities may include developing business strategies, performance updates, and optimization strategies.
How You’ll Do It:
Project management focused on long-term integration activities for Card Portfolio. Includes but not limited to organizing and leading key program calls and meetings, serving as the key DFS contact for third parties, and partnering with Leadership stakeholders across the organization to ensure completion of project tasks.
Oversees long-term execution and action plans for key integration strategies which aligns with the long-term vision of the enterprise.
Manages multiple priorities, communicates business performance and project progress to management & business partners.
Establishes and maintains effective performance tracking to ensure key goals and milestones are met.
Performs ad-hoc strategy & analysis work including research, compilation, and analysis of results across the organization, in support of business goals, to share progress and identify trends.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors in Business Administration and Management or related
- 4 years in Product, Business, Technical or Related Experience
- In lieu of education, 6+ years in Product, Business, Technical or Related Experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
